Regional specialization, habitat descriptions, and native-plant focus are recorded from nursery-published information. They are not independent guarantees of plant suitability, hardiness, adaptation, or performance at a particular planting site.

Geographic provenance and nursery specialization are not interchangeable. A nursery's regional focus does not establish the geographic origin of every plant it sells.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating their own planting requirements and obtaining appropriate advice when needed.

6. User Submissions

NativePlantIndex provides forms for suggesting nurseries, requesting listing claims, submitting corrections, and contacting the directory.
